Document Scanning Services
We offer a high-quality operation, capable of scanning thousands of documents through top- of-the-range scanners. We can scan documents from as small as a postage stamp to large format maps and plans, mono or colour, from paper or microfiche. The digital images are created and stored in a structure that is logical to you. You can easily retrieve the document you are looking for by navigating your own personal electronic windows filing system, or alternatively the latest document management systems we sell allow rapid keyword searching across all your documents – allowing you to retrieve that vital piece of information in a few seconds.

There is more than one way to store critical data and we are able to offer a brilliant solution. In the past companies backed up data because they realized disk drives fail, but because of September 11th, businesses realize that offices can burn down as well.

All of this data will fit into one of our crates – we will then store it for you securely, but anonymously (the crates are only identifiable by us through our barcoding system) at a nominal cost (records may be updated, as required).
